Age : Ok, just count this year and subtract it with 1979. U'll get the answer..;) Example..2002 - 1979. How much u get? Happy trying...^_^
Where i live : a small town called Klang in Selangor, Malaysia.....
Profession : Student What I'm studying now : I have finished my 2 years in Graphic Design, now I'm majoring in animation.....
Family : mom, dad, 4 bros... i'm the only little girl there
Pets : 5 cats (Smokie, Mowgli, Nala, Casper Cottonball, Pikachu.....
Hobbies : Drawing (mostly comics and figure drawing), making up
stories,listening to �music, watching movies,�chatting, spend time with my
cats!.....
What i am currently doing : Right now i am taking drum lessons, hoping to be the
next Ringo Starr (HAHAHAH!!) , and i'm finishing my comic titled
Stay The Same which was inspired by the song Stay The Same, and helping my cousin to give ideas and visual assistance for her science show 'ala' Bill Nye the Science Guy...
and trying to get a part time job too..:I started drawing comics : Since i was 8 i guess. Back then the stories were like... cats and dogs are best friends.. something like that......
First time comic been published : 1997, in a newspaper called The Sun. Someone made a remark, saying that i'm the only girl who actually sent a comic to publish it in the newspaper.......
First time someone actually hated my comic : One of my high school teacher. He threw my comics outta the window. He said for my age i was not supposed to draw like that. Go figure. I was just 15......
Why i like drawing comics : It's some sort of a pleasure that i have inside.
Makes one feels connected with its spiritual self and its soul. Gives freedom to the mind to express its ideas and thoughts on a piece of paper. In short, it's an artistic journey to self-discovery. John Lennon would've been proud..^_^......
What are my dreams : I would like to one day work in a big comic company like Marvel or DC or Image or anything and draw my own comics there. I also would like to make my country proud of me. And also i would like to open a studio of my own to teach young children drawings and illustration.......
My future plan : When i finish with my diploma, i hope that i can further my studies to either USA or UK, would like to try Joe Kubert's School of Cartooning Art, or maybe other art schools available. ^_^
Last words... : With great power comes great responsibilty... yes.. that is correct...^_^
