JOHN ADKINS RICHARDSON is Professor Emeritus of Art and Design at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He along with Don Newton really me introduced to the more unfamiliar Golden-Age heroes. He even did a great strip featuring a crew of them (different companies) against The Claw. This was a great crossover story. hope to make contact with Professor Richardson to get an update. He also wrote a book call "Art the way it is", and should be in every Graphic Story illustrators bookself. Please enjoy the following illos.
